Doula care with me is more than physical and emotional attention while you’re in labor. I offer many resources from the time we meet until our time together is complete that will ensure that you are confident and prepared for the journey ahead.

We will discuss birth options, assess how I can best support you through comfort measures, emotional and physical support techniques. I will also help you develop your birth plan.
Provided throughout the duration of your pregnancy. On-call support starts from 38 weeks up until baby is born.
Physical, informational, and emotional support will be provided while supporting your birth plan. After birth, I will stay with you for an hour as you begin your new journey.
A visit to your home one week after birth that will last up to 2 hours. This visit will help ensure that will ensure you and baby are doing well, as well cater to you during the recovery process.
Physical, informational, and emotional support will be provided while supporting your birth plan. After birth, I will assist with lactation (if desired).
An in person visit where I help you cover the basics (nutrition, exercise, birth planning, etc.) I will include physical or digital material (based on preference) that you can reference (Note: This is NOT a childbirth class nor is doula care provided)
