Doula care is an investment in your body, your birth, and your baby. You deserve to have care that caters to your own unique needs. We currently offer two birth support packages. Additionally, we offer postpartum support to make the transition after baby more seamless.
Package 1 - Harmonize Me"
Includes
- 2 prenatal visits (1 virtual, 1 in person)
- Ongoing phone support throughout your pregnancy, including on-call support starting at 38 weeks
- Birth support including assistance with lactation
- Postpartum follow up

Package - "Loving Rhythm"
Includes
- 4 in person prenatal visits
- Ongoing phone support throughout your pregnancy, including on-call support starting at 38 weeks
- Birth support including assistance with lactation
- In home postpartum visit

Postpartum Support
Coming home with a new baby shouldn’t be overwhelming. Postpartum support helps make the adjustment easier on you, and allows you to focus on what matters most – recovery and your new baby. When you include Harmony and Love Doula Services in your postpartum plan, you rest assured that you and your baby will be in great hands.
Postpartum doula support can include:
- Light housekeeping
- Meal prepping
- Lactation assistance
- + more
Daytime support – $25/hr (2 hour minimum)
Nighttime/overnight support – $32/hr (8 hour minimum)
